It takes a bit of courage (and some trepidation) to try a new hair stylist, but I'm so glad I booked that first appointment with Bamby 3 years ago! As someone who is very particular about my haircare, specifically edges, braid tensions, and use of minimal and quality haircare products, I am thankful to have an attentive and dynamic stylist who actually listens and is willing to discuss options that gives my hair the best results every single time. Bamby has shown remarkable skills in carefully styling and managing my haircare needs, so much so that I've never used anyone else since. Every consultation shows how knowledgeable and professional she is, always coming up with suggestions to suit my hair styling needs for any occasion or season. My family is so thankful to have Bamby as a trichologist and hairstylist, and we'll continue working with her as she's shown excellence and is always on a path to continuous improvement.

She came into my workplace one day while shopping and approached me with the biggest, most beautiful smile, offering to braid my hair at a special introductory price. We exchanged numbers and stayed in touch. I was immediately impressed by our first interaction — even though I already had someone who braided my hair, I knew I would book with her someday. Well… that "someday" turned into almost a year later — and true to her word, Bamby still honored my introductory price! Not only did she braid my hair quickly, but the work was flawless and professional. Even my husband noticed right away. His exact words were: "Bamby is the only person allowed to braid your hair from now on." And honestly… I agreed! From day one, Bamby took the time to really assess my hair and explained that she would never do a style that could damage it. That alone told me she truly cares about her clients.
